Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or another mood disorder? Is it difficult to focus or make healthy choices? Are you in the midst of a life transition and struggling to cope? Do you find yourself unhappy in your relationships; perhaps needing better boundaries or communication styles? Have you experienced a loss and need support?
Awareness is the first step to change and we will partner with you as we explore what is causing difficulty in your life. We believe in using your strengths to make change and we will consider all areas of your life: physical, spiritual, emotional, social, etc. in the healing process.
*We provide individual and marriage (limited availability) counseling.

Are you struggling in your marriage? Perhaps there has been infidelity, difficulties with communication, lost trust, years of hurt, or differences of values? Have you and your spouse gone through something very challenging that now impacts your relationship? Are you currently separated or unsure if the marriage can continue? Or maybe you are engaged and want support in preparing for marriage.
We currently have 2 therapists trained in different modalities who practice from a Catholic perspective. We want to help you to have the best relationship you can have. We will help you and your spouse make the necessary changes to make that happen.

Are you a parent looking to help your pre-teen/teenager? Is your teen struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or another diagnosis? Has your teen been withdrawing from friends and family? Are you noticing grades dropping, behavior changes, or negative emotions? Perhaps you see your teenager struggling and you are unsure what is going on.
We will help your son/daughter learn to identify their emotions, figure out what is causing them, and find healthy ways to cope. We will teach skills to help them address what they are experiencing. We prioritize their privacy, understanding that they often need a space that they feel comfortable to share in, but also value involving you as their parent when appropriate.
